All Online Materials on the ClickPlay2Learn.com site, including, without limitation, text, software, names, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, images, photos, illustrations, audio clips, video clips, and music are copyrighted intellectual property.

All usage rights are owned and controlled by Click Play To Learn, Inc.

Account Usage Policy

You agree that you will not share your account login and password information. There is a limit to how many computers you can use to access your course material and videos. Should you require extended access or need multiple users logged in at once, we do offer a substantial discount for Office and Groups accounts.

Refund Policy

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on online courses. 

Mailing Lists and Newsletter

When you register on our site or subscribe to one of our courses, you will automatically be joining our newsletter subscription.

You can unsubscribe at any time form our Newsletters with a link you will find at the bottom of the newsletter.

Erasing your personal data from our site

You can cancel your subscription at any time, furthermore, if you wish to have all your data erased, please contact [email protected] with your request for Data Deletion.

Access to your personal information

As apart of the EU-GDRP you have the right to access your personal information collected on our site, please submit your request for personal information to [email protected]. There is a 30 day process time, and you will not be charged or billed for processing an access request.

Newsletters, Why did you receive a mailing from us?

Our email marketing is permission based. If you received a mailing from us, our records indicate that;

1. you have expressly shared this address to receive information in the future (“opt-in”), or

2. you have registered or purchased or otherwise have an existing relationship with us. We respect your time and attention by controlling the frequency of our mailings.

Use of Web Beacons
